Experience – We have been doing appraisals since 1987. Some of our associates have been doing valuations for 30 years. We've seen everything.

Skill - Valuation requires excellent financial skills and strong business experience. Many of our associates are CPAs, MBAs, or long-time business owners. We believe in continuous valuation training to keep abreast of changes. We have experts in many industries.

Team Approach - Our team approach means that you get the benefit of more intellectual firepower. Every report is reviewed at least twice, and will be reviewed by an industry expert when necessary.

Market Data - We subscribe to literally scores of databases, publications, and information resources, and we've developed software to use it effectively. If market data exists, we have access to it.

Technology - We make intensive use of computer software and the internet, for maximum efficiency. Our proprietary valuation software has been developed over the past 20 years. Early versions of it are used for commercial credit analysis in over 10,000 banking locations, including more than half of the 100 largest banks in the world.

Economy - Because of our team approach and our technology, we can keep our fees within reason, and our quality at the very peak of our profession.
