Who Needs Business Valuation?

How long does it take?

A snapshot report can be prepared usually within one week and a Full Market Report can usually be done within two months.

How much does it cost?

Our fees start at $450 for a snapshot report, other valuation reports are priced according to the amount of work involved to prepare them. We will quote your firm and exact cost at the beginning of the project.
Fee Policy: NBR Consultants will spend a reasonable period of time at no charge to explore client’s needs for valuation. We will try to understand your situation and identify the most appropriate valuation package that will meet your need. A retainer fee accompanies the signed engagement agreement, the balance of the fee is payable upon completion of the assignment.

How do I initiate the valuation of the business?

What about confidentiality?

The information provided by you will be used only by NBR and its affiliates. NBR and its affiliates will keep all business and financial information you provide strictly confidential. A Confidentiality Agreement can be made available upon request.
